Richard and the team at Diamond Glass deserve their reputation for quality and service. We had a requirement for a section of ramped fence that was a potential issue for others, not for Diamond Glass. The install was 'perfect' and over 12months later Richard had the team replace a glass panel for a shorter length that we needed to accomodate a new patio post. They were busy, but managed to squeeze us in. It's rare to find such dedication to quality and service.
Fantastic service. One of the panels of my glass pool fence shattered due to the heat. I contacted Diamond Glass pool fencing and they repaired the panel, cleaned and disposed of the broken glass within the day. Great communication and efficient work all the way through.

My overall experience with Diamond Glass has been very professional. Richard’s initial consultation was very informative, providing very good advice and recommendations. Over a year later we finally had our pool installed, Diamond Glass provided the temporary fencing then Troy and the team came and instilled the new fencing once the concrete was complete. Richard got out to see our fence with minimal notice as it was broken and dangerous with our young kids at home.He provided a quote that day and let us know we would be on the wait list to have the work done before christmas. Luckily a spot popped up and the team were with us the next week and installed temp fencing at no cost which was great for our kids and dogs. Luke and the rest of the team were on time, professional and had a good laugh while working - it’s always great to see people who enjoy what they do! Had the team out to install our pool fencing and they were amazing. Amazing team with a fine attention to detail. They even came up with a great solution for the little retaining wall along the side of our house as an effective anti-climb solution. Cannot fault their honesty when they mentioned they'd need to replace a panel as they got the measurements slightly wrong. True to their word they were out the next day with a new panel. Highly recommend.

Richard, Jared and their team have been amazing to deal with and Nothing has been too much trouble to do. The prices are very competitive but the customer service they give is hard to find these days. The fence looks amazing and I would highly recommend you use Diamond Pool fencing for your next pool fence installation.
I would never use this company again. They installed a pool gate that was too big and would not shut properly. They told us that it was a problem with our fence posts leaning but this was not true as I checked them with a spirit level. It also does not make sense that this issue was not picked up when they supposedly measured up before the job. We were told the solution was to bang our fence post whenever it was getting stuck - not particularly helpful for a non-compliant pool gate that could result in a child drowning. When we asked for a refund we had months of excuses as to why they couldn't come to our house to pick up the gate. We had to pay another company to get a gate that fits and have never received a refund.
Diamond Glass is a pleasure to deal with. They are professional and responsive and no request was to big for them to accommodate. Their workmanship is great and their prices are very competitive. I would use them again without a doubt!
