Great service but very pricey . Alot more than other quotes and by alot , and we got ALOT of quotes. All offered quality products and 10 year warranty so shop around and I don't mean to offend diamond glass I'm sure they are great . Just pricey for our budget

Richard is a true professional! We had used another company ‘Planet Fencing’ to install our glass fencing and was very disappointed with the attitude when one panel shattered with a thermal fracture - denying it had ever happened before to any of their customers and insinuating we had caused it to happen?!! Richard was prompt and professional when he arrived, and was so upset with our previous bad experience, he replaced the panel at cost price, something the other company didn’t even offer! The workmanship was excellent! I would not hesitate to recommend this company to any of my friends or acquaintances!

Great service from these guys. Install went smoothly, but realised after the fact that the gate needed to shift 1mm else it could sometimes catch. Sent off an email and Richard popped over to rectify things himself after he would normally have been finished for the day. Highly recommended for great customer service. Nice pool fences too!

So folks it is not often if not at all you find a business that is so proactive and presents an outstanding competitive advantage as Diamond Glass Pool Fencing especially in Perth! Richard came to me to provide an initial quote when the pool was a dirt bowl. He provided a preliminary quote. I called again and no Hassles another quote once I had limestone retaining in place. he met me at my budget and was actually so proactive about the job. He would call me ahead of the date to see if he could get the pre tasks completed. You will not find another pool fencing company who do this! simple. Paving finishes again calling me up to see if other work can begin. Wow I'm so impressed. proactive and agile business with ethics. I first must say how professional Richard is. He is a real genuine helpful person who goes above and beyond what is expected. Richards quotes are honest and reasonable. We have used Richard and his team Clive and his men twice to put fencing for us around the pool. Also my son used diamond fencing to remove and install a beautiful glass fence around his pool.

Richard, Clive and the team have just installed a 25 metre fully frameless pool fence around our new pool. The job took a few hours for the footing, and under a day for the final installation. The team were professional, courteous, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards perfectly. And the cost was over $2k less than quoted by the pool company!

In Feb 2015 I had a beautiful glass pool fence installed by Diamond Glass Pool Fencing and an additional side gate with a Magna latch. After 2.5 years the MagnaLatch refused to unlock. I thought I’d be looking at an expensive replacement but I rang Richard and Vince at Diamond Glass Pool Fencing and within 24 hours they had removed the old latch and installed a brand new one.
